The Rainbow Coalition is committed to providing a space for LGBTQIA+ people and allies to support and learn from each other in a safe and loving environment.
The goals for this group are:
To gather support and build awareness through fun and educational events
Discover LGBTQ+ workplace issues and find new ways to enhance LGBTQ+ inclusiveness within Preiss.
Grow the hiring, retention, and professional development of LGBTQ+ employees.
Work in harmony with other Preiss employee resource groups to pursue our shared values in building an inclusive culture that inspires creativity and innovation.
